If it does include a curved screen, the Fitbit Charge 5’s possible new design could be similar to that of the, which was released in April.
Although the render from Blass didn’t share any specs for the new fitness tracker, it does show three different color options for the purported Fitbit Charge 5: teal, cream and black.
The, released last year, features a black-and-white display with , improved activity tracking and more sleep health data compared with the .
Google’s acquisition of Fitbit was announced in late 2019 andover privacy concerns about how Google could use Fitbit’s collection of health data. Google received conditional approval from the EU in December after promising not to use health data for targeted ads.
The possible Fitbit leak comes a week after, in which the was revealed as the first smartwatch to run on Google’s newest version of . The new operating system is a collaboration between Google and Samsung, and is slated to eventually include a Fitbit experience.
